The FlyFit service is operated by FlyFit (Principles Physique Coaching). For any query relating to these terms, you can write to help@flyfit.live.

FlyFit is a web application that generates training sessions adapted for cabin crew and frequent travellers, taking into account your destination, hotel equipment and available time.

During the free beta, FlyFit is free and requires no card or subscription. FlyFit is in beta: it is provided as is and may change, contain errors or become temporarily unavailable while we improve it.

You can stop using FlyFit or delete your account at any time in Settings.

You must be at least 16 years old to use FlyFit. Your account is personal: do not share or transfer it. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

FlyFit offers general fitness content and is not a substitute for medical advice. By using the app, you declare that you are in a suitable physical condition to exercise.

You should consult a health professional about any doubt, discomfort or injury before or while using the service. You use FlyFit at your own risk.

You agree to use FlyFit in accordance with the law and these terms. In particular, you must not: (a) copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the application or its code, except where expressly permitted by law; (b) extract or reuse large quantities of content or data from the service, including the hotel and gym database, using bots, scraping or other automated means; (c) use FlyFit, its sessions or its method to create a competing product or service; (d) attempt to access unauthorised parts of the system or harm the service, other users or third parties; (e) resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

The content, exercises, sessions, adaptation method, software, texts, trademarks, graphics and other elements of the service are the property of FlyFit (Principles Physique Coaching) or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The hotel and gym database is also protected by the specific right in databases. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use FlyFit while your account is active. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

If you send us feedback, ideas, hotels, gyms, photos or exercises, you grant us a free, worldwide licence with no time limit to use, adapt and publish them within the service and to improve it, without creating any obligation to pay. You warrant that you have the right to send them to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyFit (Principles Physique Coaching)shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

During the beta, FlyFit is provided without guarantees of availability or results. Nothing above limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update FlyFit and these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you within the app or by email before it takes effect. FlyFit may offer paid plans in the future: we will give you at least 30 days' notice and will never charge you anything unless you expressly agree and enter a payment method.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable regulations.
